The Emergency First Response CPR & AED course equips you with the skills to assist someone experiencing cardiac arrest using an AED or by performing CPR.

The course combines online self-study with in-person training, allowing you to learn independently.

You’ll learn nine essential skills, including using an AED on adults and children and helping someone who is choking.

The course includes hands-on practice with mannequins and role-playing scenarios.

Emergency First Response Course Requirements

To enroll in the Emergency First Response (EFR) diving course, you need to meet the following prerequisites:

  1. Be at least 18 years old.
  2. Have completed Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (CPR and First Aid) training within the past 24 months

EFR training equips you with essential skills to respond effectively in medical emergencies, both underwater and on land. 🌊🚑
